Bulk purchases are entitled to discounts. Simply email us your list of purchases and we will customize a quotation for you.

Yes, we handle International Orders and ship our products world-wide.
Are there any Tax and Customs duties payable?
SaraMobi.com obtains its products from Hong Kong. Since Hong Kong is a free port, there are no sales taxes or duties payable. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check with their local Customs Office with regards to import taxes, duties and tariffs.
Can the delivery address be changed after I have placed my order?
Yes, SaraMobi.com allows you to change your address after you have placed your order. Kindly contact us with your order number if you require us to change the address.
However, in the event that the product has been processed and sent, no changes in delivery address will be entertained.

What is the status of my order?
Upon processing your payment, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. Thereafter, we will update you periodically on the status of your order through e-mail.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Upon confirmation of order, the product will undergo stringent Quality Control inspection before it is being dispatched. Shipment through normal delivery will take 14 days while shipment through express delivery will take 7 days.
What are the procedures for cancelling my order(s)?
If you wish to cancel your order after the payment has been done, you should contact us immediately. However, if your order has been processed, you would have to wait for your package before sending it back to us for a refund.

How are warranties handled?
Repairs on defective merchandise are strictly handles by the manufacturers. SaraMobi.com does not handle them, unless otherwise indicated.
If any item arrives in a damaged condition due to shipping, we would highly recommend you to contact the carrier as well as SaraMobi.com. You should also keep all the shipping materials with you until further notice from SaraMobi.com.
